The hallmark of our executive suites is flexibility. Individual offices range in size from 95 to 250 square feet, with customized arrangements on request.

 

 

Lease terms are highly flexible as well. Suites are available by the hour, day, or week, as well as on a month-to-month or annual basis. Under our ExecutivePlus program, start-up businesses or companies that don't really need office space can have their call personally answered and their mail directed to Heritage Village Offices without actually taking a suite.

Conference Room:
(Complimentary 6 Hours Per Month Included)
Our well appointed Conference Room, located at the Main Lobby Entrance, is equipped with an Overhead Projector, White Board, and an Electronic Screen.

 

Incoming Mail - Private lockable Mail Boxes:
For your own privacy and security your mail is delivered daily by the U.S. Post Office staff and placed into your Lockable Private Mail Boxes. Our staff will leave you a courtesy voice mail, message for any urgent/overnight deliveries and/or hand delivered items.

 

Coffee Service/Lunch Room:
Complimentary Coffee/Spring water and Tea for you and your guests are available Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our Lunch Room is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and Vending Machines.

 

Utilities/Maintenance:
Heating, air-conditioning, Water and Janitorial Service.

 

Facility Access/Parking:
Parking and 24-Hour Access to the facility is included.
