 The Apartment Homes Group manages the overall operations of the Historic 150 Condominium style Apartment Units.  The apartment offices maintain all general operations for the complex including unit rentals and continual resident care. We focus on satisfying our residents needs in a way that will improve their experience as residents of the Historic feeling Heritage Village Condominium style apartment complex. Our Maintenance team is responsible for the overall care of each of our buildings, the surrounding landscaping, pool, and walkways.
